{"id":1917,"date":"2017-05-11T13:32:52","date_gmt":"2017-05-11T13:32:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/esteio.com.br\/?page_id=1917"},"modified":"2020-08-27T18:52:31","modified_gmt":"2020-08-27T18:52:31","slug":"pm-joinville","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.esteio.com.br\/en\/executados\/cadastro-urbano-e-rural\/pm-joinville\/","title":{"rendered":"PM Joinville Mapping and Urban Cadastre"},"content":{"rendered":"[IMAGEM_CAROUSEL]\n<p>In the City of Joinville, ESTEIO executed Digital Cartography services in 1:2,000 scale based on an Aerial Photogrammetric Coverage in 1:8,000 scale.<\/p>\n<p>Simultaneously, it performed the cadastral update of urban real estate and activities, with Field surveys of approximately 120,000 existing real estate units.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, within the central area of the city, a Geographic Information System pilot Project was created matching the 1:2,000 cartography with telephony, sanitation, power, real estate cadastre and urban services graphic data and database.<\/p>\n<p>Various benefits obtained with these services include, mainly, the substantial increase in tax collection and the consolidation of the GIS implementation process in the City Hall. <\/p>\n<p class=\"subtitulo\">Main activities and products obtained in this service are highlighted below:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"breadcrumb\">\n<li class=\"active\">\n<ul>\n<li>Image Chart obtained in the flight in 1:50,000 scale;<\/li>\n<li>Cadastre of more than 120,000 urban real estate with Cadastral Information Newsletter;<\/li>\n<li>Densification of Field Survey in the city of Joinville;<\/li>\n<li>Aerial Photogrammetric Coverage in 1:8,000 and 1:50,000 scale;<\/li>\n<li>Planialtimetric Maps in 1:2,000 scale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[IMAGEM_CAROUSEL] In the City of Joinville, ESTEIO executed Digital Cartography services in 1:2,000 scale based on an Aerial Photogrammetric Coverage in 1:8,000 scale.
