{"id":2477,"date":"2017-05-22T16:39:33","date_gmt":"2017-05-22T16:39:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/esteio.com.br\/?page_id=2477"},"modified":"2022-05-27T13:08:42","modified_gmt":"2022-05-27T13:08:42","slug":"pocos-caldas","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.esteio.com.br\/en\/executados\/sig\/pocos-caldas\/","title":{"rendered":"Po\u00e7os de Caldas &#8211; MG"},"content":{"rendered":"[IMAGEM_CAROUSEL]\n<p>In 2001, ESTEIO S.A performed an aerial survey in Po&ccedil;os de Caldas &#8211; MG with the purpose of colecting ortophotos at 1:2000 scale.<\/p>\n<p>The main part of the contract had included a GIS development combining new products with previous data existent in the Department of Cadaster of Po&ccedil;os de Caldas. Besides that, a special training of Department of Cadaster for operation and maintenance of the system was the final aim of the contract. <\/p>\n<p class=\"subtitulo\">Gis Structure<\/p>\n<p>GIS was developed to have a tool tto optimize and to rationalize city planning, to facilitate the coherence and the continuity of local government, and to make possible new investments in cadaster.<\/p>\n<p>Besides that, GIS would establish a cartographic reference to the municipality supported in the identification, standardization and reference of the spatial data, such as public land, parcels, blocks and so on.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, properties records will be up-to-date with GIS maintenance and operation, supporting public directives and municipal databases as a tool to Cadastral System of Po&ccedil;os de Caldas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"subtitulo\">Developed Routines<\/p>\n<p>The main routines focused the following activities: <\/p>\n<ol class=\"breadcrumb\">\n<li class=\"active\">\n<ul>\n<li>Database special searches;<\/li>\n<li>Reports;<\/li>\n<li>Thematic maps;<\/li>\n<li>Special files for use in another systems;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"subtitulo\">Training<\/p>\n<p>A technical training for GIS operation was performed to Municipality technicians. They spent 40 hours on training in Cartography, GPS, Orthophotos and finnaly, GIS structures and operation.
