Este trecho do gasoduto tem cerca de 264 km, com di\u00e2metro de 18&#8243;, partindo da ESVOL \u2013 Esta\u00e7\u00e3o de Volta Redonda, no munic\u00edpio de mesmo nome, no Estado do Rio de Janeiro, at\u00e9 a \u00e1rea da V\u00e1lvula 24 do Oleoduto Rio de Janeiro-Belo Horizonte (ORBEL I), no munic\u00edpio de Queluzito, no Estado de Minas Gerais, \u00e9 denominado Expans\u00e3o do Gasoduto Rio de Janeiro-Belo Horizonte (Gasoduto GASBEL II).
