Compliance Committee
ESTEIO Engenharia e Aerolevantamentos S.A. has a Compliance Committee, the body responsible for the governance and monitoring of the company's Integrity Program. The Committee acts with technical autonomy and independence, aiming to promote ethics, transparency and compliance with laws, regulations and internal standards applicable to the organization's activities. Its responsibilities include monitoring legal and regulatory compliance, monitoring integrity risks, supporting the dissemination of a compliance culture and overseeing the handling of reports received through the Whistleblower Channel. The Committee also works on recommending improvements to policies, internal controls and corporate practices, contributing to the continuous strengthening of the company's integrity environment.
Compliance Training
ESTEIO Engenharia e Aerolevantamentos S.A. promotes ongoing training and awareness actions on compliance, with the aim of strengthening the culture of integrity and ensuring that employees and partners understand the ethical principles that guide the company's activities. This training covers topics related to the Code of Conduct, internal policies and best integrity practices, reinforcing standards of conduct aligned with legislation and institutional values.
ESTEIO's Code of Conduct establishes clear guidelines on the conduct expected of all employees in the performance of their duties, including respect for legal standards, ethics in professional relationships, prevention of conflicts of interest and responsible conduct in interactions with clients, partners, suppliers and Public Administration. Contracting with Public Agents
ESTEIO Engenharia e Aerolevantamentos S.A. actively participates in public bidding processes, offering specialized engineering and aerial survey solutions. The company has an active Compliance Program, aligned with best integrity practices, and operates in accordance with all provisions of the General Law on Public Procurement and Administrative Contracts (Law No. 14,133/2021). ESTEIO enters into contracts with public agencies, always basing its actions on ethics, transparency and legal rigor. Our commitment is to ensure that every public project is carried out responsibly, following the principles of governance and the legal requirements applicable to public procurement, always promoting integrity and efficiency in service delivery.
Whistleblower Channel
Our commitment is to ethics, transparency and respect in all our relationships. This channel was created so that employees, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders can report, in a safe and confidential manner, any conduct that violates the Code of Ethics, internal policies or current legislation.
The channel may be used to receive reports related to acts of corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest, ethical deviations and any other irregularities or violations of the company's internal standards and applicable legislation, especially Federal Law No. 12,846/2013 and State Law No. 15,228/2018.
