Programming and Planning

Programming and Planning aims to ensure the execution of the investment and works execution program, within the required quality standards, through the rationalization of financial resource use and ensuring that services are carried out in accordance with the prepared designs.

Physical-Financial Monitoring

Physical-Financial Monitoring consists of monitoring the progress of the services executed in comparison with those planned in the proposed physical-financial schedule, allowing for analysis of the progress of the Works Program and its compatibility with the overall planning established.

Contract Management Advisory

Contract Management Advisory is part of Management, advising the Client on any matters involving contract modifications, unit price modifications, pricing of new services, contract extensions or other matters of importance regarding contractual costs or deadlines.

Service Measurement

The Measurement of Executed Services, through field surveys, preparation of spreadsheets and calculation memos, provides for the preparation of itemized measurements of the services performed, which serve as the basis for payment for the works.

Reports

Finally, Monthly Reports aim to provide the Client with information on the progress of the works from a technical, physical, financial and administrative standpoint.

Technical Reports are prepared for the analysis of specific problems that occur on-site and were not foreseen in the Design, presenting alternative solutions and their respective costs.
